2007 Show Results....

2007 - what a ride it has been!   ...this is the first year in many that we have campaigned our home-breds under saddle - and they have been highly successful - proof that winning halter horses, correctly built, can  also be winning performance horses.  (A very special thank you to Leslie Lloyd - a very talented horseperson - for the care and kindness shown to our beautiful mares in their continuing education.)

2006 Show Results....

 Colorado RF  (Xcepstshahn  x  Alia Nazada) - 2006 Show Results...

From the moment Colorado faced the crowd at Garden Party 2004 - we knew he was something special - he played to the crowd with his beauty, quality and charisma.  He is growing up to be an outstanding young stallion.  He was undefeated in the showrings in the United States this year.  Champion Stallion at his first show in Springfield, Massachusetts.  Then, at the Region 16 Championships in Syracuse, NY he was Champion Stallion in the two-year-old Colt class.  Although we thought long and hard about it, we felt he was beautiful enough to stand up against the mature stallions and made the decision to show him in the Open Stallion class.  And our boy Colorado RF did us proud - he was named Region 16 Champion Stallion!

...thank you, Philip Wolfe for bringing out the best in our young colt!  following this Colorado spent time  here at home earning a well deserved rest
Xceptshahnelle Woman RF (Xceptshahn x Alia Nazada) - 2006 Show Results... 

"Skye" was shown just once this year at the Tulip Arabian Horse Show  where she was named Reserve Champion Mare.  Our focus with her this year has been to get her started under saddle, which she is responding to very nicely...

Peppermint Paddy RF+ (Earl Grey  x  Coming Up Roses) - 2006 Show Results...

This wonderful Half Arab mare continues to 'clean up' in the show ring - in 2006 having won her qualifications for her Legion of Honor - quite a remarkable feat for a three-year-old!  She was named:

  • Champion Half Arabian Mare at the Eastern Canadian Breeders Championships;
  • Supreme Champion Half Arab Mare at the Tulip Arabian  Horse Show in Kemptvile, Ontario;
  • Region 18 Reserve Champion Half Arab Mare - both Open and AOTH. 

She also has begun her work under saddle although she won't be showing in performance classes before 2007.

Colorado RF  (Xcepstshahn  x  Alia Nazada) - 2005 Show Results...

Regions 12, 15 and 16 Top Five Purebred Yearling Sweepstakes Colt .  Colorado has pretty much been the talk of the town since the day he was foaled and he has been creating quite a stir at each of the Regional Championships he has shown in! He joins the ranks of his very successful full siblings (Pretty Woman, Liz Taylor RF and recently, An Xceptshahnelle Woman RF).  Thank you Phillip Wolfe of Classic Arabians, Delaware, for doing such an outstanding job with such an outstanding young colt!

Atiah Zafar (Xceptshahn x Brittany Street) - 2005 Show Results...

This gorgeous Xceptshahn daughter has had an unbelievable  first show season ever -  at the Tulip Arabian Horse Show where she was named Supreme Champion Mare; at Eastern Canadian Breeders (Reserve Champion Mare); NY Summer Festival (Champion Mare); Region 16 and Region 18 (Reserve Champion Mare).  KC Benner can hardly believe the results achieved by her mare, having done the preparation and conditioning herself here at Rideaufield.  Many thanks to Bruno Lapointe who schooled and showed the mare, as well as to Steve Dady who showed her in Region 18.

June 24, 2005 - Finger Lakes Arabian Summer Festival - 1st A/HA/AA Dressage Training Level ATR score 62.273%; 3rd A/HA/AA Dressage Training Level ATR score 58.846%

July 29, 2005 - Region 18 Championship - Top 5 A/HA/AA Dressage Training Level ATR Championship

September 11, 2005 - Trillium Championship - 5th place Training Level score 61.250%; 6th place Training Level score 62.308%

...all the training and showing  of this outstanding four-year-old Xceptshahn daughter  has been done by her amateur owner, Lise Clark.

Region 18 Reserve Champion two-year-old Sweepstakes Gelding.  This young Earl Grey son is maturing very nicely - with size! Ably trained and presented by his owner, Gail Nickel.
 
An Xceptshahnelle Woman RF (Xceptshahn x Alia Nazada) - 2005 Show Results... 

Our girl "Skye", who showed nothing but warts as a yearling, fairly blossomed this year, in her first show season ever....  She came on like gangbusters at her first show (Arabian Horse Association of New England in W. Springfield, MA) where she won her two-year-old class, was  named Grand Champion Mare.  She followed up in Region 16 as Unanimous Champion Two-year-old Filly; then Region 16 Top Five Mare, Open.  Shown to her wins each time by Phillip Wolfe, Jr. of Classic Arabians, Delaware.
